Vegan Chocolate Milkshake / Smoothie Recipe

Hi there everyone

Today, I feel I simply have to show you how to make a fantastic vegan chocolate milkshake/smoothie recipe.  Does that sound like a contradiction to you?  It certainly does to me!  "But vegans don't consume dairy," I hear you cry!  Absolutely! But that is the only title I can give to this recipe because it is so milky, chocolatey and delicious, that calling it a "milkshake" is the only name that can do it justice.

I gave my husband the milkshake after I'd made it to try it out. Now, just to let you know, he is someone who HATES healthy food, healthy recipes and anything 'out of the ordinary'.  However, he cautiously drank a sip, then kept on drinking more and more, asking me, "What's in it?"

So this is an excellent trick to get your kids/friends/family members to get some goodness and vitamins inside them without them suffering from realising it is a healthy superfood recipe!

Now the suspense is killing me, so here goes:-

Ingredients
One mango, one avocado, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, 500ml of coconut milk (you can use almond milk instead).

Method to the madness:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Add a handful of ice.
3. It is not necessary to add sweetener.
4. Serve and enjoy!
