Breakfast Recipes, Options and Ideas for Clean Eating and a Healthy Lifestyle

Let's start at the beginning of the day with breakfast.  Breakfasts can often be high in saturated fat, salt and sugar. It's so important to start off your day in the best way possible.  If not, you may wind up irritable and stressed, with hunger pangs too early on.  Therefore, I have come up with lots of delicious protein-filled alternatives!  

The first recipe on my list is just great.  It is beef crepes!  Instead of using eggs, I just use two egg whites, some oats, which are fibre-filled, and some fresh beef slices. It’s high in protein so will keep you fuller for longer, without piling on the pounds

Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 tbsps of rolled oats
Vanilla extract
Beef slices
1cal frylight olive oil spray
