Grilled Stuffed chicken breast with mushrooms, pepper and onions

2 tsp. fresh sage, chopped
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
¼ cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine the ¼ cup mushrooms, red peppers, ¼ cup Garlic and Herb rub, shallots, sun dried tomatoes 1 tbsp. sage, melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
