Tuna, Edamame and Blackberry Salad Recipe Idea

Hi there everyone,

I made a delicious salad, by just throwing in some rather 'random' ingredients together...and oh my goodness it turned out delicious!  So I decided to share with you all my recipe idea and make a video demonstrating exactly what I did.

Here is a pic of the end result:-

Basically, my husband recently took me on a surprise trip to Southwold in Suffolk.  It is a very upmarket place where just a beach hut costs £100,000!  This is why I wanted to pay it a trip - I've heard so much about it with its quaint upper class shops, I wanted to see for myself.

We visited the Adnams Brewery shop where I purchased some poppyseed salad dressing, so I thought I would use this dressing on my salad recipe at the end of my Southwold vlog.
This salad packs a punch of plenty of vitamins; a real variety of nutrients which will help keep your body running smoothly, including disease-fighting antioxidants and bone-building minerals.

Check out my video of the recipe here:-
Ingredients
Rocket, lettuce leaves, edamame beans, a can of tuna (drained, in brine), half a small red onion, 1 whole carrot grated, 250g blackberries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, quarter of a cucumber cut into small pieces, 8 or 9 cherry tomatoes, 1 large mushroom cut into small pieces, chives finely cut, poppy seed dressing.

Method to the Madness
Cut the cucumber, mushroom, chives up into small pieces.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half if desired.
Grate carrot.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add whatever dressing you desire.
Serve and enjoy.
